Love at first sight
By its very name this champagne recalls the amorous nature of the founder of Champagne Marc. Its delicate pale red colour subtly recalls the blush of lovers meeting for the very first time. An exceptional champagne, it is seductive, tender and generous. Best enjoyed with exotic flavoured dishes, as an aperitif, or with desert.
A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with a small quantity of red wine made in Champagne. This rosé champagne is vinous and supple and exudes aromas of plum, violet and peony with that lovely smell of brioche. The colour is an intense pink, criss-crossed by threads of fine bubbles. The complex and delicate nose is reminiscent of the acid drops sweets you enjoyed as a child. The palate is well balanced and dominated by red fruits.
